The Queen of Hearts is the name given to the main antagonist of Disney's 1951 animated feature film, Alice in Wonderland. She is the tyrannical and deranged ruler of Wonderland, and serves as one of the primary members of the Disney Villains franchise. In the Destined episode "Halloweentown", Charlotte Halliwell is transformed into the Queen of Hearts.

The demon Ignatius cast a spell on everyone that attended the club, P3, on Halloween. All of the patrons were turned into the costumes they were dressed as. Charlotte was transformed into the Queen of Hearts. As the night progressed, Charlotte was first seen asking her sister, Prue Halliwell (who'd been transformed into the Evil Queen) if she needed help killing Melissa Cooper (who'd been transformed into Snow White). Charlotte was later seen talking to Cassandra Halliwell and tells the latter of Prue's intentions for Snow White Melissa, and then walks away. It was later revealed by Demetria Parker that Charlotte had tried to cut someone's head off and was currently locked in the VIP room by Pandora Mitchell (who'd been transformed into Glinda the Good Witch). When the spell was reversed, Charlotte transformed back into herself.
