Poison Ivy is the name given to an enemy of Batman. She is depicted as one of the world's most prominent eco-terrorists. She is obsessed with plants, botany, and environmentalism. She uses toxins from plants and her own bloodstream for her criminal activities, which are usually aimed at protecting the natural environment. In the Destined episode "Halloweentown", Bianca Wright-Halliwell is transformed into Poison Ivy.

The demon Ignatius cast a spell on everyone that attended the club, P3, on Halloween. All of the patrons were turned into the costumes they were dressed as. Bianca was transformed into Poison Ivy and her date Chris Halliwell was transformed into Robin. As the night progressed, Bianca was seen trying to give Chris a kiss with her poison lips. Demetria had Pandora (who was transformed into Glinda the Good Witch) cast a spell on Bianca to keep her locked in the VIP room. When the spell was reversed, Bianca transformed back into herself.
