It´s a spell at the front of Book of Shadows of the Warren family to unbind the powers of The Charmed Ones.
History
For more information about the spell in Charmed please visit Charmed Wiki Dominus Trinus was the spell cast by Prue Halliwell to unbind the powers of the new set of Charmed Ones. This allowed to Prue and her cousins, Melinda and Tamora to receive the Power of Three and therefore, be able to vanquish any evil being that can only be vanquished by the Charmed Ones. After the spell was said, the cousins were able to go to the Underworld and save their cousins and siblings for being killed by Leah.

- Prue was the one who cast the spell because Melinda and Tamora agreed that it was her birthright, once her mother, Phoebe, was the one who did it in the first place.
